My favorite rice wine. Yamadaho is rare. Yamadaho is said to be the mother of Yamadanishiki sake rice. It's seriously delicious! It has a lot of umami and a good sharpness. This is a limited edition Daiginjo from Sakata Shuzo in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. I usually drink only junmai-shu, but brewed sake is also delicious.
