It is dry, smooth and light, perfect for a mid-meal drink. This Junmai Ginjo Salmon is an original Junmai Ginjo Salmon from "Shosuke no Yado Taki no Yu," a ryokan (inn) in Higashiyama Onsen (hot spring) in Aizu Wakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. It is so light that you can easily drink it;

It has a slight peachy aroma, and when you drink it, you can taste a little sourness, but it has a nice aroma (is this what you call "ginjo aroma"?). The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and is my personal favorite. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, which I personally like.

A thin, cloudy, light, unpasteurized sake. It has a nice aroma, with a sense of alcohol leaving the nose and a slight tingling sensation on the tongue due to the acidity. Personally, I found it sweet, but since it is so refreshing, it may be just right for a mid-meal drink.

Junmai Ginjo is made from Koshihikari rice grown in Namie Town, which suffered from the tsunami and nuclear power plant damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Not only the rice, but also the water and yeast are produced in Namie. It has a mild and sweet taste, but the spiciness spreads and refreshes later. The label is cute, too.

The sad reality (both sides of the road are blocked, and if you try to leave the national highway, you will be stopped by security guards) strikes you as you drive south from Sendai on Route 6, past Namie and into Futaba.

Despite this, Suzuki Shuzo started brewing sake in Namie, and I hope you enjoy it. There are many different types of sake, so please enjoy them.

This is a special junmai sake made for a village called Otama Village. It is made from a rice called Yume-no-Ka, which is dry and has a strong alcohol content. It's dry and has a strong alcohol content, but if you drink it hot, it becomes mellow and you can enjoy the nice aroma. The label also has a nice pop feel to it.

It has a nice aroma and is rather smooth to drink. It is said to have won a gold medal at the Wineglass Sake Awards 2021, and it certainly did! (laughs) By the way, 55 is a polish percentage of rice. By the way, 55 seems to be the rice polishing ratio.

It is a slightly spicy sake with a mild texture and no habits. We drank it at room temperature, but on a cold day like today, I think it would be good served hot.

This is a Junmai Ginjo that I received as a gift. I think there must be a reason why it has Biwa in its name (laughs). I felt a little tingling on the tip of my tongue, and it gave me a strange impression of sweetness and spiciness. The aftertaste is pretty much a lingering alcohol aftertaste.

 This Junmai Daiginjo is a little spicy. When you put it in your mouth, it has a nice aroma, but the spiciness pulls it down and makes it taste refreshing. Nevertheless, it is a sake that gives you the feeling of having drunk sake and is a good way to get drunk.

It is a Junmai Daiginjo that is relatively dry and even a little astringent, so it is easy to drink. Some people may think the astringent taste is a habit. The package is also chic and calm.

It has a bit of an alcoholic feel to it, but I think it's rather light and just right for a food sake. It is a good complement to food and does not overpower the taste.

It has a very light aftertaste, and you can enjoy drinking it. Is it because the smell of the sake is also modest and there is no pompous impression? If you drink it cooled with moderate spiciness, you may be a little afraid to go crazy (^_^;)

I drank it at room temperature, but it didn't have much of an aroma, and when I put it in my mouth, it was dry and tasted rich, and the alcohol was unexpectedly strong, giving me the feeling that I was drinking sake. The rice polishing ratio is 23%, which is a number I've never seen before.

This is an extra, but it's a non-alcoholic sake with a daiginjo taste. (I bought it.) so I bought some. It smells like sake as soon as you put it in your mouth, but it quickly disappears and leaves a medicinal aftertaste, which is unavoidable since it's sold as having zero sugar. You can feel that they are making a lot of effort. By the way, the calorie count is 5 kilocalories per 100ml.
