Travel Sake (take-out version)
...Before I knew it, my companion had acquired an on-board refrigerator that could hold a bottle...
So, the travel wine list doesn't end with just one bottle, but here's the first one.
It's my first sake and it's interesting (in a positive way).
It seems to be alcoholic with a sweet aftertaste?
Purchased at Sake no Toyoko in Aizuwakamatsu.
Clean mouthfeel, not much flavor.
It has little sharpness like a dry sake, but a glimpse of it can be seen in its lightness.
This is also a sake with high potential as a food sake.
It is a slightly tart and slightly tangy sake that leaves a slightly nice aroma in your mouth when you finish it. It was recommended to drink it chilled when it is hot, and sure enough! The acidity gives it a refreshing aftertaste.
