It's still delicious! Slightly effervescent, sweet with a muscat flavor, but also tart, refreshing and easy to drink. I can't help but drink too much. I'm going to buy it again next year, I want to try a different new nigori sake.

The most delicious snowball ever! Delicious banana-like sweetness combined with lactic acidity and slight effervescence! It goes well with many dishes as a food sake, so you can't help but drink too much of it! I regret that I did not try heating it up.

The aroma is subdued, but the taste is sweet and delicious, and it is easy to drink despite its 16% alcohol content. The rice used for the sake is Koshitanrei, which is not available outside of Niigata Prefecture, and this was the first time I tried it.

It can be stored at room temperature, and even after opening the bottle, it gradually becomes more delicious, which is useful for me because I drink at a slow pace. It goes well with white fish, sashimi, and simmered dishes.
