It looks pretty pink and tastes like a fruit wine with a refreshing sweetness and acidity. It is a sweet rosé wine. Although it is sweet, it has a nice sharp taste with a hint of acidity in the aftertaste. Delicious as a food wine without any problem. It went well with spaghetti. From the back label ~Rosé Temptation! We want to make a sake that is as fun and cool to drink as rosé wine! The rosé color of this product, brewed with this in mind, is the natural color of red yeast, which has been colored by fermentation.

The aroma is subdued, but the taste is sweet and delicious, and it is easy to drink despite its 16% alcohol content. The rice used for the sake is Koshitanrei, which is not available outside of Niigata Prefecture, and this was the first time I tried it.

After the acidity like lactic acid bacteria, there is a delicious taste and furthermore There is a sweet taste of rice. A little bit of banana in the back. The taste is complex and deep. It can be stored at room temperature, and even after opening the bottle, it gradually becomes more delicious, which is useful for me because I drink at a slow pace. It goes well with white fish, sashimi, and simmered dishes.
