Although it is sweet, it has a nice sharp taste with a hint of acidity in the aftertaste. Delicious as a food wine without any problem. It went well with spaghetti. From the back label ～Rosé Temptation! We want to make a sake that is as fun and cool to drink as rosé wine! The rosé color of this product, brewed with this in mind, is the natural color of red yeast, which has been colored by fermentation.
