When I went on a trip to Ishiwa Onsen with my mother Purchased. When I passed by Sasago Station while traveling by car, I discovered the Sasago Sake Brewery. It became famous because of the tunnel cave-in accident. I can't help but think that Yamanashi is a wine country, but Sasaichi Sake Brewery's sake is very well balanced and tasty. This sake from Sasaichi Shuzo is a delicious and well-balanced sake. It was not too sweet and had a light fizzy taste.

Purchased at a local liquor store. The sake brewery of Natsuko's sake in the manga and TV drama apparently. I hadn't seen it ๐Ÿ˜…. It's the season for heating sake. I'm going to enjoy it heated and relaxed.

This is a sake from Yokota Sake Brewery in Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture, which we stopped by on our way home from my wife's hobby of making haniwa (clay figurines). Since it is a pure sake, the alcohol content is a little high, so it tastes great on the rocks. It is good to drink it on the rocks. Well, it was already cool, so I just drank it cold. It tasted light and was not heavy even though it was high in alcohol, so it was easy to enjoy. The three of us drank it all together with barley tea. It was delicious ๐Ÿค—.

We visited the Suzuki Sake Brewery, which is the only remaining brewery in Saitama Prefecture. Iwatsuki used to have Iwatsuki Castle, and this area seems to be a castle town. There is no castle ruins, but there is a bell of time. Suzuki Sake Brewery also seems to be a historical sake brewery. I have been drinking only junmai sake recently, It has been a while since I had a ginjo-shu. It's nice and dry with a hint of melon! It was the right choice ๐Ÿ˜Š. P.S. It was cold, so I heated it up and it was even better!

The wife on a trip to Kochi visited a sake brewery and bought this Hiyoroshi! She bought this hiyaoroshi sake on her trip to Kochi! Because it's raw sake, it was carefully shipped by cool delivery service! It's dry and refreshing with a touch of sweetness. It goes well with various dishes, not to mention It goes well with many kinds of food, not to mention Sakana. The rest is a 1-gou bottle that you can get on the tour and a bottle of and a choko (cup) from Niigata Ponshu-kan, which is not related to the sake.

I visited and purchased on a trip to Fukuoka. Very beautiful sales office and they have weddings and seasonal events. We received 6 coins for free for tasting, Almost free? It's almost free ๐Ÿ˜‚. They use F44 yeast and Fukuoka's sake rice, Yume Ichikyo and Yamadanishiki, Fukuoka's sake rice. It is a mellow, dry sake, and since it is summer, I had it cold, but I think it would also be good warmed.

Purchased as a souvenir when I went to Fukuoka to watch a Hawks game. I don't often drink Fukuoka sake. For now, I wanted a sake made from Fukuoka sake rice, so I bought this one. The rice is called "Yume-Ichikyo" and they do the squeezing by hand instead of using a machine. Luxurious! First of all, I recommend drinking it cold to get the fullness of the rice and the dryness with a touch of acidity. I wanted to drink it lukewarm. The rest was served warm. The fullness of the rice spread more. It was good. It was delicious.

In June, I went to Niigata to visit relatives in the countryside. My uncle gave me this sake as a gift. I think it is the cheapest regular sake among all the sake brands, but how good it is! I had it at room temperature. Tomorrow I'll drink it heated. I'll drink it heated. Even though it's summer ๐Ÿ˜‚. I'd be happy if I could drink this every night!

At Lawson on the way home from voting. Found it on the discount shelf, nearing expiration date. I wasn't going to drink sake today because I drank it yesterday, but I bought it. Plump pineapple. Delicious. I'm glad I bought it๐Ÿ˜„.

The only sake brewery in Iwatsuki Ward, Saitama Prefecture. There used to be several breweries, But now there seems to be only this one. To begin with, I had no idea there was a sake brewery in Iwatsuki. Easy to drink, clean taste with no peculiarities.

Mutsu Hachisen Doburoku When I opened it, it was fresh doburoku, When I opened it, it overflowed! I opened and closed it repeatedly and finally got it. I finally got around to eating it. It was easy to drink like a juice, but you could feel the rice flavor. Later, I checked the website and found that it takes about 12 minutes to open the bottle. Next year, I will drink it without spilling.

This is Hiroshima's Omachi. It is colored, isn't it? Unlike Yamagata Masamune's Omachi, which we drank together, it was not fruity, but rather dry with a strong sake-like taste. Maybe the difference is that it is an aged junmai. I think it is a sake that you will never get tired of!
