赤武、神渡、十四代が好き。 でも最近は日本酒飲んだ翌日鼻水出たりして辛いので、飲酒量はほどほどに抑えたい。

Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 19 19 degrees? That's amazing! As the brand name says, it is dry. Moreover, the alcohol is strong. The deliciousness of the rice and the spiciness of the sake linger on the tongue for a long time. I usually drink sweet, mellow sake, but sometimes I like this kind of sake. It is good with spicy delicacies and dried foods.

Yuzu-scented sparkling For a moment, it feels like a yuzu sour, but it is a sake, so the intoxication that comes with a wobbly taste is strong. It is gorgeous, like a cocktail from an authentic bar. Delicious ‼️ I had it with some strong flavored pate and cheese 😋.

My favorite type of sake is one with a rice polishing ratio of 50% or less and a negative sake degree. This Senjo sake is a perfect match. Mellow, sweet, and very mild. Dried fish and cheese🧀 definitely go well with it! Very elegant taste. The intoxication is quite good. Really delicious.

The harshness of sake wrapped in modern mellowness. It is fashionable! It has the feeling of a lingering summer taste.

It has a rich umami taste! Slightly cloudy, fermented in bottle. When the bottle was opened, it overflowed! Shuwa shuwa sweet, spicy, and full of flavor! It's like this sake is the star of the show, not the food.

Crisp, light and dry! Definitely goes well with grilled fish! Serve with Akinatai fish! I'm new to the sweet, mellow style of sake that has been popular in recent years, so I don't have much experience with the old light, dry style, but I like the way this drunken whale feels. It is tangy and spicy, and the aftertaste of rice makes my tongue numb👍.

A little dry, but mellow. It is a slightly gentler version of traditional sake. It's quite intoxicating and staggering. Definitely goes well with grilled fish!

It's the type of sake you should be careful not to drink too much, because it lingers a bit the next day.

Wine yeast preparation. Really has a white wine-like flavor. And apple-like. Camembert cheese goes really well with it! Very tasty! It's a fun drink to think about what kind of food it would go with👍

Slightly cloudy and shrieky! Like a calpis soda. But sweet, but also spicy. A unique taste. It seems to go well with cheese. It makes me feel good when I drink it!

The flavor is sweet and refreshing. The flavor statement seems a bit mild. In the mouth, it is both gorgeous and relaxing. I would love to pair it with a fine cheese or something! I thought it was an elegant sake.

It is effervescent and when opened, the cork flew open! The alcohol content is low and the taste is refreshing. When drunk with cream cheese, the acidity was emphasized and it was delicious.
