Unmovable, unfiltered, raw sake ogara-mi As a resident of Chiba prefecture, I am exploring Chiba's sake. I bought this a while ago, but I opened it because of GW. It is cloudy. It is fizzy. It has a sweet taste, but it is easy to drink. Is it easier to drink because it's so fizzy? Because it is a four-pack bottle? I drank it all without getting tired of it...

Ochanomizu, Tokyo I was thinking of not having sake today. I️ didn't expect to see Katsuma on the menu. I ordered it 🍶. The last time I had this sake was when my friend in Toyama gave it to me, saying that it was hard to find even here. This is the second time I've encountered it. It was easy to drink and had a sweet and elegant taste.

It is the first one. Kujukuri Jizake, also known as Kujukurihama Monogatari Ginjo Dry Taste Purchased after out-of-season strawberry picking in Yamatake City. *Strawberry picking🍓 was great, empty, cheap, and tasted sweet. We had it with peanuts and salted squid that we bought together. It is refreshing and easy on the throat. I can't tell how dry it is because it is so refreshing... But I can feel the ginjo flavor. It was a very refreshing sake, which is rare in Chiba.

I was a little curious about Gazanryu. I was curious about it when I saw it in the sake section of Bic Camera, but the reason I bought it was because of the "Snow Goddess" sake rice. I wanted to try some Snow Goddess sake. Then I found it at a liquor store in my neighborhood (in Chiba). Where is it? I found it in Yonezawa, Yamagata⁉️I like this place. The taste is sweet and smooth. The aroma is a high quality smell. It has a strong taste, but it is light to drink. Snow Goddess❄️Sweet

I haven't posted in a while. While watching the Kamakura 13. Fukushuku in Kururi, the castle town of the Satomi clan I'm hooked on one of them made with a sake rice called Comet from Hokkaido. It's tangy, sweet and delicious! I wonder if they didn't have it back in the Joso-suke days...

Yokote City, Akita Hinomaru Brewery's HINOMARU Junmai Daiginjo using Hinomaru rice It is said to have been made with a prayer for Corona. The aroma is not so strong, but the sweetness and sourness are moderate, and when you put it in your mouth, the taste spreads and it goes down your throat. It is the sake that I feel. It is a birthday gift for my daughter, and the label is also very festive.

Toko of Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture by weight It's an unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo, 100% Yamadanishiki. Normally, you have to go to Yonezawa to drink this, but in this day and age, I was able to order it from their website. It's super thick, is this Yamadanishiki? It is very rich, is this Yamadanishiki? It is like that, but the Yamadanishiki is glimpsed and hidden. It's not the same if you're looking for something refreshing.

Eiketsu Meima no Sato from Shimane Prefecture What can I say, it's a pink nigori sake. It's sweet... of course it is... 💖 It's surprisingly easy to drink, with just a hint of sourness. I heard that they use "pink yeast", which sounds strange, doesn't it?

Toko from Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture My mother's side of the family is from Yonezawa, so I had the chance to meet this sake. I think it is the basis of sake for me. It has a sweet taste and a smooth throat, and it has a fragrant sensation, so it is definitely a sake. Oshashinashiki

A product of the Yoshikubo Sake Brewery with "Sanzan" written in large letters On New Year's Day, I heard from my sister's husband who lives at home that there is an easy-to-drink sake labeled "Sanzan" at the Seven-Eleven in Sanzan, so I tried it. Sanzan is in Funabashi, Chiba... I wonder if they are collaborating with a liquor store in Ibaraki. It's refreshing to the palate, but it's also sweet and easy to drink. To be honest, the taste is a bit vague, but I guess it's a refreshing sake.

Fukushima Hanaizumi no Kuchiman Gorgeous and fruity. It has a sweetness on the palate, but it goes down quickly. If you pair it with a salty side dish, it will give you a great feeling. The taste of sake changes with the side dishes.

The second round of the New Year Chiba Katori Terada Honke's Natural Sake Junmai Polished at 80%! I bought it out of curiosity. There was also a 100% unpolished rice, but since I was a beginner, I went with this for now❗️ I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's an interesting flavor.

The other day, I had my first taste of this sake at a pub in Funabashi, and when I saw it on sale at the Tobu Department Store in Funabashi, I couldn't resist repeating it. The taste is perfect, the sweetness is perfect and the sake is well made.
