This New Year's Eve, Koshun in Ikeda, Osaka I was sent a bottle of this delicious local sake. It's a Kansai sake, so you'd think it'd be refreshing, but it's sweet, a little sour, and it goes down your throat just the way I like it.

This photo was taken a long time ago. I put it up because it looks like an interesting sake from Tottori. I think I drank more than half of the ones in the picture, but I don't remember... When I came home, there were empty bottles stuffed in the back... I don't remember that either...

Excuse my comment! Nabeshima's Gohyakumangoku is my very favorite. There are so many good sakes in Saga! You should try some of the other sakes too😊.

I like sweet sake from the Tohoku region that hits you hard in the throat. I used to think that sake was only for the Tohoku region, but when I came across this Koshikoi, I realized that sake from my hometown in Chiba is also delicious, and this is the sake that made me start my search for Chiba sake again.

I don't know if I'm expressing it correctly, but it has a strong flavor and impact! Uesugi Kenshin's flag seal on the label - the flag of the gift of heaven (the flag of the vermilion circle on the dark blue ground) is also cool!
