This unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake is made with ultra-hard water. It was smooth and easy to drink, yet I felt a rich flavor coming in the aftertaste! Is this a characteristic of Akitsuho?

Slightly sparkling sake with a sake strength of -59 degrees. Delicious! Fruity flavor, felt like rum juice! 9% by volume, but don't drink too much!

This sake has a rich sweet taste and smells like pineapple. It was so delicious that I forgot it was sake (laughs).
