Sake with 70% polished rice 🍶. It has a characteristic mild sweetness and is very tasty and umami 😋I feel it is comparable to sake with lower rice polishing ✨I highly recommend this sake which I feel is very well balanced with acidity, umami, and a bitter taste at the end! 😆 I have a feeling it will become my standard sake to recommend to others 😆.

Sake meter degree -9.0, Acidity 4.1 The most acidic type since Himenoi's Likra! Finally found it😊. It's a very sour sake and very much my favorite sake ✨It's almost like apple cider vinegar with almost no bitterness at the end 🍶. I really recommend it to those who are looking for a sake with strong acidity ☺️ Modern Senkou is said to have a high acidity level of about 2.0, so you can tell it has a lot of acidity 😊. This might be the best one this year ☝️

I haven't had Mimurosugi in a long time, last time I had it at Akaoni, but this time I bought it at Masumoto✨. The moment I drank it, it was surprisingly tart and the aroma was banana-like, but the banana feeling was not strong, it was a tart Junmai Daiginjo that was delicious ☺️ I could feel the bitterness at the end of the bottle and realized how delicious Mimuro Sugi is again!

I know this was a back and forth post with the snowman 😭 This is delicious! 😋 It's a very tasty sake with sweetness and sourness like muscat in the mouth 🍶I got the impression that there is almost no bitterness at the end 😊The sourness is strong and I like it ✨It's also refreshing and recommended as a mealtime sake ☺️ I would like to try different types of Sengkyo😊. I like this one better than hope: ❤️

First snowman: ⛄️ The first time I opened the bottle, I could feel the gas coming out of the bottle lol😆. The balance of the sourness and the choufu and the sourness is very well balanced and it tastes great. ☺️ I have the impression that the bitterness at the end of the bottle is quite restrained and the alcohol content of 13% makes it a very easy to drink sake✨. It's like a dessert sake, similar to Junmai Daiginjyo from Kakusu Mori 🍨.

It's our 50th anniversary and we haven't had tasake in a while: ☺️ I haven't tasted Yamahai since Shiokawa Shuzo's Cowboy 😊. The taste is from the apple-like sweetness that is typical of Tasake to the slightly pungent taste of Yamahai with a touch of bitterness at the end ✨. It has a sake feel to it and a tazake-like quality that makes it delicious 😊.

This is the second one this year 😊I was attracted by the words "super limited edition" and bought it immediately ✨The last one, Kenaiyama, ran out quickly, so I knew it was popular. ☺️ I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes after a few days of drinking 🍶, with a touch of bitterness towards the end 😊. Personally, I think I like the last Kenaiyama better ✨. I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes after a few days!

I was curious about All Tokyo and bought a small 290ml ✨. It's the type of sake that I like for its acidity 😊It's a delicious sake that has a momentary numbness in the mouth and then a strong acidity with a bitter taste towards the end 🍶. The sweetness is not too much and it is very refreshing 😊. It is also nice that it is all Tokyo👍

I've been drinking a lot of fall sake this year, but Nabeshima is still delicious 😋. It has a mellow sweetness that is typical of Nabeshima, with a little bit of a schwarziness (I have a feeling that's what it is lol) ✨. I thought it was a very tasty fall sake with a bit of bitterness! Nabeshima is delicious after all 😊.

Kamo Nishiki is known for its kafuda-shu! I've never had a "kafuda-shu" before, but it's very tasty! I could understand why it's so popular ✨. I heard it is not distributed in my hometown Niigata, so I am glad I could try it 😋.

Good evening, hitchan63. The cargo tag sake is delicious. ⤴️ I also made my debut with this sake the other day and it was really good 🎵. I want to drink it again 😊.

Good evening, ma-ki-😊. Thank you for your comment! I'm glad I could drink it because I've been wanting to drink some cargo tag liquor ✨There are so many different kinds of cargo tag liquor, so you'll want to try a lot of different ones!

When I went back to Niigata in the summer, there was a Sado Gold Mine World Heritage Celebration Fair ✨. I found a 100ml bottle of Hokusetsu Shuzo's YK35😊 on sale at Tokyo Daimaru and thought I'd have a few ✨. I saw it on sale at Tokyo Daimaru for 100ml and thought I'd have a few ✨The little blue bottle is lovely ✨. It's a dry Niigata-style sake with an elegant sweetness and a bit of bitterness 😊It was delicious with Benkei sushi when I was back home in Niigata, but I still feel it goes well with sashimi and sushi! It's very tasty, just like Sado's sake 😋.

A rare and rare sake from Tsuru no Tomo ✨. You might be able to find it at Yashichi in Uchino Shikaku, Nishi-ku, Niigata, but this time I found it at Niigata Antenna Shop in Ginza and bought it right away 🤣. The taste is very elegant, mellow and soft on the palate 😊. The last part of the taste has a sharpness that is typical of Niigata. It has more mellow sweetness than the Bessen and has a Junmai Daiginjo feel to it. It's a very typical Niigata sake, and it's really good because it's a local sake 😋.

Is this the first sake whose name you have heard in your life? If you were to ask me, I would immediately answer: Tsuru no Tomo🍶 from the Higi Sake Brewery. I have very good memories of the delicious aroma of rice cooked in the morning at the sake brewery that was on my way to elementary school 😊. I was also a part of the social studies field trip in elementary school ✨That's all I have to say about the Tsuru no Tomo that was always kept at my parents' house, so much for memories lol. As for the taste, it's a refreshing, watery sake that's really easy to drink at first sip 🍶 It's a typical Niigata sake with a strong sense of rice! If you like a more sharp and dry sake, I recommend Tokusen, and if you like a mellow, umami sake, I recommend Kamigoto Morohaku ✨I will review it later!

My favorite Chokaizan Autumn Sake was on sale at Tokyu Department Store, so I bought it immediately (I'm a sucker for limited editions lol) ✨ It's very tasty with a mild sweetness that is unique to autumn sake and then the delicious rice flavor that is typical of Chokaizan spreads out😊I can feel the numbness in the beginning and the bitterness in the end 😋It's still a delicious Chokaizan 😋. But personally, I think Chokaizan Akaoni Special is the best one I've ever had with Akaoni lol 😆😆.

I wanted to try this Kangiku! The moment I opened the bottle, the cork flew open! It's very tasty, with a mild sweetness and a good balance of fruity and fruity. I thought it would be more like Jyushiyo if it lost the gassy feeling 😊. It looks stylish and I highly recommend this sake!

I bought Kubota's Autumn Sake at Daimaru, Tokyo Station. I've been wanting to drink Kubota's original sake, so this time I'll drink Kubota's Autumn Sake: ☺️ It has a very mild sweetness, a sour taste on the tip of the tongue, and a dry sharp taste at the end that makes you feel hot because of its high alcohol content (19%). I am looking forward to Kubota Harasake in the new year! I will definitely buy it.

I tasted it at the Niigata Antenna Shop in Ginza 😊. It's very tasty and fruity with a strong acidity ✨. The fruity taste is like a peach and almost no sake-like taste, so even those who don't like sake can enjoy it very much. ☺️ Personally, the strong acidity is a good point👍 I wanted to buy it but this year's shipment is sold out at this antenna shop😭. I heard it was very popular 😊.

Hime-no-i Junmai Daiginjo by Ishizuka Shuzo I wanted to buy a bottle of Hime-no-i when I went back to Niigata. I found only one bottle for sale at the entrance of the tasting corner of the Ponshu-kan and bought it! It is very tasty with a strong green apple flavor and a hint of rice in the middle 😋. The aroma was stronger and more green apple-like at room temperature 😊. I've come to like Hime-no-i from Himenoi Likra!

Gomadozan from Fujijiro's exclusive Murayu Sake Brewery✨ You won't find this Gomadozan even at Sake no Wa 😊. This is the most exciting part of my trip back to Niigata! Gomado is a mountain near the Murayu Sake Brewery and is a favorite place for elementary school field trips in Niigata City (I went there when I was in the early grades of elementary school). The lingering sweetness characteristic of Murayuke is longer than that of the Akane and Kazumi labels, and the middle part of the bottle is sweet and the end is refreshing, but it is not as sharp as the Akane and Kazumi labels. It is recommended for those who are not good at sake. The sweetness of Murayu is really addictive 😆. I recommend Gomadozan! It should be available at Tagamicho's hometown tax payment! If you are interested, please visit ☺️

This is a bottle of Murayu Akane label Yogobottle that I pre-ordered from Fujijiro! It's one of the pleasures of my trip back to Niigata✨. The taste is still delicious, with a refreshing sweetness that is unique to Murayu 😋 The sweetness is more pronounced compared to the Wami label, and the aroma and sweetness are really delicious with a caramelized taste! Even if you don't like sake, I recommend it because it is easy to drink and you can taste the sake-like taste 😆. The aftertaste is clean and dry, so it can also be used as a food sake ✨. Murayu is the best! I also bought the Murayu Gomadozan, which is only available at Fujijiro's, so I will review it later 😆.
