I drank it at Craft Sake Week, a.k.a. Oda Ping 😊I thought it was juicy, fresh, and surprisingly sweet, so I thought it could be a good sake during dinner ✨I personally preferred the Melon because of the acidity, but it is a very good sake 🍶.

I drank it during Craft Sake Week and found it to be very tasty with a rummy feel 😋. I wanted to drink it again, so I bought it by mail order! It's still delicious 😋 It's a very tasty sake with a good balance of sourness and bitterness without being too sweet and juicy and fresh 🍶. Glad you found a good sake 😊.

I just had a twilight orange light nigori 😊 that I drank during the juicy fresh installment of craft saké week. I got the impression it was quite popular ✨Taste wise it was very juicy fresh with a taste of orange and a banana like flavor! I'd like to drink this again 🍊 If you want to drink fruity sake, please do 😋.

I bought a small 180ml bottle of Tsururei Junmai Daiginjo that I wanted to try at Ponshukan😊. The taste is elegant and mildly sweet with a touch of bitterness at the end 😋. It's not too sweet and you can drink it easily ✨. Not much acidity but it was a well balanced junmai daiginjo👍

I bought this because Masumoto was selling a different version of Chiebijin, which I've been really liking lately 😊. It tastes sweet with a slight carbonation when you first open it, but it's pretty refreshing ✨. I think it's better as a food sake 😋 because it's also slightly carbonated. It is a very tasty sake with a good balance!

Super limited edition text on the bottom right ✨I bought it at Ponshukan when I went back to Niigata 😊The text between the mountains is gold and the blue bottle is very beautiful! It also has a luxurious feel ✨. The taste is quite dry and tingling due to the original sake and the mild sweetness like pineapple is very delicious 😋There is a little bitterness at the end of the bottle, which makes it a very satisfying and luxurious Yamama!

The aroma is not very melon-like, but when you take a sip, it is very melon-like and delicious 🍈. I've always wanted to try Kubota's original sake 😊. It has 19% alcohol by volume and is fresh and rich at the beginning of the bottle 😋. The aftertaste is very refreshing ✨ from the elegant mellowness that is not too sweet, there was almost no bitterness in the second half 😊. I like it a lot because of the high alcohol content and the dry feel ✨. It's less mellow than Kubota Akiagari, but it's more about freshness 🍶.

I got this Murayu Tokiwa label after returning to Niigata 😊. This is my favorite Murayu that I was really looking forward to ✨. This is my first Tokiwa label ☺️ The taste is different from Wa, Akane, and Gomadozan, but it has a very citrus-like aroma and sweetness! The acidity was more than I expected and very tasty 😋. I also felt a lingering sourness without the bitterness at the end ✨. I could also taste the usual wasanbon-like sweetness when drinking it close to room temperature! Personally, I think I like the Akane label the best so far 😊.

I had a sogapère ephis at the store that I've been wanting to try 😊. It has a wine-like flavor but also has a very good sake-like taste 😋. The balance of sweetness and acidity is very good and very satisfying ✨. I want to drink it at home too!

I bought 300ml of it when I went back to Niigata 😊I wanted to drink it ✨I also have a small size to try 🍶. The taste is characterized by sweet and sourness, and it definitely has a yogurt feeling! The acidity is strong, and if you reduce it a bit, it gives the impression of being similar to Sogapale Efis ✨. I think it's really delicious and it's like a wine, not a sake 😋. I recommend it to those who are not good at Sake or want to drink something different every once in a while!

Pre-ordered and purchased at Masumoto-san! Couldn't drink it on Feb 3 lol. I feel overwhelming freshness! The acidity is also very Senkou-like, but the freshness and juiciness are more pronounced 😊. It is very tasty and has a sharpness to it 🤤. It's low in alcohol content so it's easy to drink ✨. It was a great decision to buy it 😋.

Last time I drank Chiebijin Junmai sake which was delicious, so now I'm going to try Oragami Nama Sake😊. It tastes like strawberries when you drink it 🍓It has a strong sweetness and acidity with a slight bitterness at the end 😋. I recommend drinking it in a glass! Very beautiful ✨

It's a retro raw sake with an Edo-style back 😊. It's as good as you'd expect from Sengoku 😋. The acidity is strong and the alcohol content is 13%, which makes it very easy to drink 🍶. I love this sake because it has a freshness that is typical of nama sake 😊. Edogari is also delicious 😋.

It's been a while since I've had a good time at Kudokibe😊. I have high expectations for this new sake! It's very tasty with an elegant sweetness from a little numbness on the tip of the tongue and a bit of bitterness towards the end ✨. It also felt like a Chokaizan when I just opened it ✨. The sweetness of this heavy Junmai Daiginjo is similar to Otters 23 and is my favorite sake 🍶.

Purchased at Ponshukan in Niigata: ❤️ It is dangerous to open it without venting the gas! The moment I thought it was ok and tried to open it, the cap flew off lol. The cap flew off somewhere but I found it lol😆. The taste is very gassy when you just open it 😊It's similar to the Junmai Ginjo from Sake Forest but with a bit more bitterness at the end ✨. It has a fair amount of sweetness, but I think it would be great as a food sake 😋. I would like to try it in a glass as well😊

Sake with 70% polished rice 🍶. It has a characteristic mild sweetness and is very tasty and umami 😋I feel it is comparable to sake with lower rice polishing ✨I highly recommend this sake which I feel is very well balanced with acidity, umami, and a bitter taste at the end! 😆 I have a feeling it will become my standard sake to recommend to others 😆.

Sake meter degree -9.0, Acidity 4.1 The most acidic type since Himenoi's Likra! Finally found it😊. It's a very sour sake and very much my favorite sake ✨It's almost like apple cider vinegar with almost no bitterness at the end 🍶. I really recommend it to those who are looking for a sake with strong acidity ☺️ Modern Senkou is said to have a high acidity level of about 2.0, so you can tell it has a lot of acidity 😊. This might be the best one this year ☝️
