Junmai Ginjo made from 100% Omachi. Fruity and mellow. It is easy to drink and has a refreshingly modern taste with a moderate bitterness that spreads on the palate. It is recommended to drink it chilled in a wine glass rather than a cup.
I have been curious about this sake for a long time. It is a lactic acid drink 🍶 with a sake level of -70 degrees, but it has a moderate acidity and is not too sweet.
My first drink after arriving in Nagaoka was a secret sake from the Yoshinogawa brewery. It tasted gorgeous and luxurious, yet refreshing. It was very tasty.
A cup of Yoshinogawa brewed at the Yoshinogawa brewery. The brand name does not exist because it is not commercialized.

This is a limited edition from Kanese Shoten that was included in the Ao Shuzo drinking set. It was very delicious. It was fruity and shwashy, with a refreshing aftertaste.
