This sake is made from Rishiri Reiho spring water and the sake rice is comet. It is not often seen outside of Furusato tax payment, so I bought it immediately. It is a very nice, clear, dry sake, but the sweetness of the rice is very nice!
It was totally different from the Niigata sake I had imagined. It is lightly cloudy and slightly effervescent, with a sweet and sour taste, but it finishes with a bitter note.
I was told that this is a new product brewed by the brewery of Saku, so I bought a packet when I was in Mie. The aroma is very elegant! It has a clean and smooth texture. It is Hanamaru!
