and salted squid with sea urchin from a fish shop in Otaru.

The chiri-chiri-gassiness is very pleasant!
It's called "super spicy" but it's clear and transparent.
It's so clear and crisp.
It's like a delicious food wine!
It complements food well.
It goes down easily just like a drink!

I was nervous when I drank it because of its reputation for being super-hot, but I personally found it to have a refreshing "Hakurakusei" like atmosphere. It was a good sake to complement food, not to show off the flavor of the sake.
