色んな銘柄呑んできてますが、今更ながら記録してみます。 いわゆるレア酒やフルーティ物はそこまで興味無く、その土地のスーパーとかで買えるような酒が好きです。

Sake from Himi, Toyama Prefecture Dark-colored junmai sake It has a strong flavor, but it goes down your throat easily. This is delicious and goes well with sashimi from Toyama Bay. I liked it after a long time. Thank you for the sake.

Sake from Niigata Prefecture, Shinobata City I don't get a chance to drink as much sake as I often see. I drank it cold and lukewarm, but lukewarm is the only way to go. The flavor is more full-bodied. Thank you for the sake.

Sake in Katano, Osaka Katano and Katano have different characters. It has a moderate flavor and dryness that can be served cold or chilled, and is easy to pair with snacks. You probably don't see this sake very often in the Kanto region, so I'm glad to come across it there! Thanks for the food.

Sake from Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture The robustness of the rice is very tasty. Looks like it would go well with fatty fish like yellowtail or tuna. Thanks for the food.

Sake in Tsukuba Minanogawa, I can't read. Tsukuba rather than the so-called Tsukuba. It's fire-aged, but it's popping like a raw sake. It's a dry type and goes smoothly. Next time I'll open the bottle and drink it after some time. Thanks for the food.

Alcohol in Umi Town, Fukuoka Prefecture I had no idea where it was, so I looked it up and found that it was the last stop on the Kashii Line. I thought it would be a medium-flavored sake because of the name, but it has a surprisingly strong sake flavor. I wanted to try it warmed. I want a microwave in the bullet train. Thank you for the food.

Sake from Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture I guess sake breweries in Yamaguchi Prefecture are focusing on Ginjo sake. This one doesn't interfere with the accompaniments, but it also has the assertiveness of Junmai-shu. It's easy to drink and it's gone in no time! Thank you for the food.

Sake in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture It seems to be a place famous for its fugu fin sake. It's a Daiginjo, but I think it cost about 500 yen. I wondered if it would go well with bluefish, but I was right! I love this kind of unassertive sake. Thank you for the food.

Sake from Saiki City, Oita Prefecture Elegant taste, best served cold. The stimulation as it goes down the throat is pleasant. If I were in the Kanto area, I'd have to spend the day just to go to Saiki City, but since the brewery is close to the station, I think it would be a good place to visit. Thank you for the food.
