It is served in ANA's first class. It is a kind of mature sake in Haneoya. Tominoka (Yamadanishiki + Omachi cross). It's good, but it's too rich for me, so I give it 2 stars.
It's been 6 months since I opened the bottle after the Corona. As expected, there is a sense of deterioration, but it is indeed Ottersai. It is sweet and light. I would like to have it freshly opened next time.
Last time I felt a strong sour taste, but it was sweet and tasty enough, probably because it was freshly opened, and I had to have another one. 4 stars
Sobe Ewase, the parent rice of the turtle's tail, is the only rice that seems to be crisp and clear in Tatsuno River. I like the sweet rice aroma, so I personally find it a negative. Star 2
Boasting of the sea, Omachi
As soon as you take a sip of this wine, you get a good aroma of rice, a soft aroma, and a strong sweetness and flavor. After that, the bitterness peculiar to Iso-Jinjo comes on the palate. 4 stars
My favorite Ryōnoseki Brewery.
It is 50% Gohyakumangoku and has plenty of flavor.
It leaves a pleasantly pungent taste like a drunken whale, something I've rarely experienced in Ryoseki Shuzo, but it's a nice touch.
Fire in.

It is made with Chardonnay wine yeast. When you drink it freshly opened, it is slightly effervescent and sour and easy to drink. A little bitterness remains. 3 stars
