The flavor is so complex I'm not sure what to say.
It's 17% undiluted, but it's fruity and flavorful, yet sharp. (I'm still not sure what to make of it.)
The concept is "a sake that makes you want to take another sip".
It's not a brewery with a good image, but it's a level of sake that you would expect to see in a competition. Even considering the price, it's good.
