This one🥰 is from a nearby sake brewery.
It's 90% polished rice, but when it's cold, it has an apple-like acidity 🥳.

Akaban Oumachi 🤩 which is their speciality.
I drank it last year and it's quite good 🥳.
It's a great series with a slight bitterness from the pineapple 🤗.
