It was a gift! I will pair it with sukiyaki!
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet, typical of Otters. The taste is sweet and umami on the palate, but the aftertaste is a bit twisted. I have an image of Otters being a little more refreshing, but I think the aftertaste is not so good. It was a gift and I received it at room temperature when I got it, so maybe it was not stored well. I guess storage conditions are important. I am a little disappointed because it is expensive. I would like to buy one in a good storage condition by myself someday.
