The aroma is not high, dry I guess. The taste has a very clean sake quality, with acidity, but it is dry, and it finishes beautifully and slowly. I think it goes well with anything as a food sake, and it is also easy to drink on its own, so I think it goes well at all. It's been a while since I've had a Masamune, but it's good!
