I was lucky enough to get a bottle, so I'm opening it on an uneventful day.
The aroma is rather hardy, as if it comes from minerals. The taste is quite restrained in sweetness, with a hint of sweetness at first, but then it finishes with a complex flavor from bitterness. As a pairing, I think it goes well with Japanese food and sushi! The bottle is cute! Thanks for the delicious sake!
