It's a new one, the first Koei Chrysanthemum we've had in a while! The aroma is hard but has a sour and sweet aroma typical of Koeihiku in the back. The taste is fresh, with a touch of bitterness and alcohol, and a sweet and umami aftertaste. It is a bit heavy and alcoholic compared to other wines, but I think it is an easy-drinking wine! I'm going to pair it with sushi today! I love Koei-Kiku! Thanks for the delicious sake!
