Junmai Ginjo Toyonokura
It is purchased because it is said that it is limited to Shinshu.
The taste is as fruity and refreshing as the Tamba-zame we drank at the end of the year.
I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes after the bottle is opened, but I'm not sure if there's much left in the bottle💦.
