Kawanakajima Genmai no Shiboritate Miyamanishiki
We have now conquered Kawanakajima Genmai's Shiboritate ❗️.
Personally, Miyamanishiki is my favorite 😎.
This is my second bottle of Nanashou Shiboritate Nama Genshu this season!
I can't stop drinking it, it's just too good to pass up 😅.
It is easy to drink and has no peculiarities 〰️😅.
Aizu sake for the first time in more than ten years
I used to be addicted to the Aizu Han brand of Junmai sake, but it seems to be gone ....
This time, the sake of Nakurayama reminded me of the time when I was a student, after all the sake of Aizu is delicious😭.
This is the first brand of Dewazakura that I drank.
It's slightly sweet and has no alcohol smell, so it's easy to drink. I'm currently stocking up on Sakurahana Ginjo Yamada Nishiki and 40th Anniversary, but I'm looking forward to it❗️.
Drinking comparison of Yamamoto's No.7 yeast and No.6 yeast
The #7 yeast has a sour taste to it☺️.
Both are delicious🍴😆✨....
But personally, I prefer No.6 ☺️.
Daishinshu Dry Special Junmai Sake
I bought a bottle of Daishinshu at the end of the year, so I got it at Natsuzumiya❗️.
I'm sure you'll enjoy this one as well because it has a nice aftertaste. .... 😅😅😅
Manzaku no Hana Tank Shizuku
I imagined Akita sake to be dry, but it is easy to drink from the fruity side.
The matching with the iburi-gakko is also OK❗️
Next, let's compare it with the delicious hot Mannsaku⁉️😎.
I bought it at Nanashou Shuzo on the way back from making miso in Kiso.
I remember drinking it in the blink of an eye because it was freshly squeezed❗️😎.
