Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Suwa Miyamanishiki Rice Rice Koji Domestic 100% Miyamanishiki Alcohol 16%. Polishing ratio 50%. Purchased at a sake brewery on a trip to Suwa About 2000 yen Good !!!!!!!! It's refreshing, there's a little sweetness and a slight carbonation that makes your tongue tingle...recently! Everywhere, but I had a variety of rice varieties, fire-brewed and fresh to choose from, but this is the best! I had an image that straight from the barrel was sweeter, but this is my favorite!

Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki Rice Rice Koji Domestic 100% Yamae-Nishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Suwa Mikotsuru Sake Brewery Purchased at a store in Suwa, about 2,000 yen including the cost of the bottle We found this sake at Sake-no-wa and had it bottled on the spot at a store in Suwa! The rice used seems to change depending on the time of year, but this time the rice is called Yamae Nishiki, and the first sip is sweet! What is this? When I imagined it was bottled, I thought there would be a little carbonation, but I was surprised to find that there was no carbonation and the sweetness of the rice was very strong! My wife tasted a variety of sake at the direct sales place, so I am looking forward to the sake we purchased at that time.

Polishing ratio 55 Purchased at Top Value in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture Top Value had a bottle of raw sake on sale! I found it and bought it when I went to play in GW Numazu. When I drank it at room temperature before going to bed in the car, it was a delicious sake with a strong but pleasant aroma. When I had it chilled at home the next day, the aroma came as the main part of the sake and it had a fruity sweetness. It was my first time to drink Shizuoka Yamadanishiki, and it was delicious!

Dewazakura Wakaba Kaze Junmai Daiginjyo Ingredients Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) 100% domestic rice, alcohol content 16%, rice polishing ratio 50%. Storage method: Refrigeration required (10℃ or below) Sold by Marujyu Nakanoya Co. 1-4-12 Ichikamachi, Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture If you go to Yamagata, you must have this. This sake is only sold at Maruju Nakanoya, located next to the Dewazakura sake brewery, and is shipped directly from the brewery. The sake is made to order and bottled on the spot, fresh of course! I love the way it is like a weak carbonation, squishy in the mouth and fragrant. This is the sake that brought me to love sake. The label on the bottle changes with the season, so it is my favorite thing to do when I visit Yamagata.

Dewazakura Sakura Ginjo-shu Rice, rice malt, domestic Alcohol 15%. Polishing ratio 50%. Purchase in Yamagata The most popular sake of Dewazakura. However, it seems that the raw sake is not sold outside of the prefecture. I think this was the sake I drank when I started drinking at home when I was a student. It wasn't unpasteurized sake back then, but this time it is unpasteurized sake! It is a perfect sake for spring. Dewazakura is delicious!
