Perhaps it's because I don't drink much sake these days and I always pick one I absolutely love, but this one given to me by a friend was not very good. It had no umami at first sip, and there was a cloying taste after the drink was over. To be honest, I don't like it.

Hiyoroshi that had been left as a Shirahama souvenir. It is dark and delicious. It has a nice umami taste and is not overpowering. It is good at meal time or snack time after dinner! Kido is always good.

Sorry for the slant in the photo. I have enjoyed a lot of sake, and I thought that if I drank Junmai Daiginjo, everything would taste good! This is the one that shattered my idea that anything tastes good if you drink Junmai Daiginjo. I received this bottle when I met a friend from Nagano. It is a special honjozo. It's been a while since I've had one that wasn't even junmai. I was wondering if it was really delicious. I was wondering if it really tasted good (I'm really sorry, my friend). But it was really tasty, rich and clean. I would rather drink it with a meal than as a snack. Grilled fish would be good.

Kankiku Meijo! I really love this brewery's sake because it's delicious no matter what I drink, and the labels are all so cute! Maybe it's because it's undiluted sake, but it ferments in the bottle and foams slightly! Sweet and thick! It also smells really good! It was really delicious. The sake itself is very gorgeous and strong, so it would be better to have a snack that doesn't have too much flavor. If you want, you can drink it without snacks.

It smells so good. So sweet and fragrant! Gentle mouthfeel! Delicious mouthfeel! Not very refreshing, but insanely easy to drink! Recommended for sake beginners!
