The highly anticipated Wakanami. It is a junmai ginjo made from rice called Kotobukijinmu. It was purchased at Koyama Shoten and is said to be one of their best bottles. High expectations.

Yamagata Masamune's Sake Mirai. My personal number one for 2023; looking forward to 2024. As in 2023, the characteristics of the rice and the characteristics of the brewery are mixed together. The finish is well-balanced without being too sweet. The 2024 is also well finished.
