Start drinking in the New Year from "Sanzu"! 🍶 I happened to buy it today at a fixed price! It is translucent and moderately clear which you can imagine the taste from the appearance! It has a nice acidity and umami. The acidity and umami are exquisite and rich, a balance I like so much! ⚖️ It was a good start to a good sake encounters! LOL!

Unusual sake with 100% brown rice 🍶. Slightly carbonated, beer-like aroma. It has a unique flavor but no unpleasant peculiarities, and yet it is refreshing. It is delicious. I bought it at a liquor store I happened to walk in. The owner of the store said that if he finds any ogara-mi, he gives it to the sake brewer on a preferential basis. So, technically, it seems to be darker than normal, but whichever way you like it, it is sure to be delicious.

Yamagata Prefecture Limited Distribution - Confluence Snow Goddess🍶. Purchased at Yamagata antenna store. Since it was during the Tatenokawa Sake Brewery event, I got the limited edition sake! The basic red label was good with good rice flavor, but the blue label made with Snow Goddess had a soft, elegant flavor, sweetness, and a refreshing taste, so I immediately decided on this one. If I see it again, I will definitely buy it!
