This sake was purchased at Labo & Cafe Yamamoto and is exclusive to that store. The aroma of banana is the selling point of this product, but the sweetness and aroma when you drink it was more than the aroma, it was exactly like a ripe banana. It was a great taste. I love Isshaku Suisei. My wife gave it to me as a gift on my birthday. Thank you very much. The first touch is light, but when you put it in your mouth, the aroma spreads at once. Rice and Agave. The name of the product. It has a refreshing taste with a hint of apple fruitiness. It is easy to drink with a strength of 14. I was unusually approached at a liquor store and asked if I was looking for a sake. I answered that I was looking for a dry sake, and after listening to his explanation, he selected this sake for me. I don't usually drink dry sake, but even as a beginner, I thought it was a good sake. I ended up drinking too much and was knocked out the next day...but I would like to repeat the experience. Perfect with sashimi!

Yamamoto Uki Uki. I couldn't forget the taste of it after drinking it at a restaurant just about a year ago, so when I found it after a year, I bought it immediately. I used to pair it with sushi, but this time I paired it with fried chicken. It was great. When sake is good, it goes with everything. Even the opposite pairing was fine. Let's meet again.
