Although this one is also a Junmai Daiginjo, it tastes exactly the opposite of the first bottle. It is sweet, like brown sugar. The more you drink, the deeper it gets.

On New Year's Day, I invited my relatives to my home for a celebration. Junmai Daiginjo was the guest's request. We bought a commemorative bottle to celebrate the 100th anniversary at Sugahisa Shoten.
It was delicious. Although it was a Junmai Daiginjo, it was a very satisfying bottle with a great sense of sake.

I was unusually approached at a liquor store and asked if I was looking for a sake. I answered that I was looking for a dry sake, and after listening to his explanation, he selected this sake for me. I don't usually drink dry sake, but even as a beginner, I thought it was a good sake.
I ended up drinking too much and was knocked out the next day...but I would like to repeat the experience.
