3 types of sake tasting Waterships that had been on my fridge's mind Unusual Hyakujuro-san 👹 (CWS) Tenpoichi after a long time Watabune without hesitation! Watabune is Watabune Delicious 😋! Fine, sweet and tasty! Refreshingly elegant with a gentle acidity! The taste was surprisingly different from the "dry" sake from Ibaraki! It's so good, I want another one!

We tasted 3 kinds of sake including Yamama which I wanted to drink! All three were fruity 🙏✨. The first Yamama was delicious but a little heavy on the sweetness that lingers under the tongue since it was a R1BY. If I can have it again, I would like to have a new one! Yobitomo is a limited distribution sake from Kubota's brewery. This one is also well-balanced and delicious 😋. Nice sharpness for a mid-meal drink 👍 I was hesitating between Yobitomo and Saku for the end of a stand-alone drink. Fruity, well-balanced, with a nice aftertaste. Delicious 😋It seems to be good as a mid-meal drink! Stylish bottle 🍾.

I hate it when Ryu shows me all the sake he wants to drink 😆. HITOGOKICHI / Polishing 60 Gentle and nice aroma like Muscat 🍇. Soft and delicious flavor from the moment it enters the mouth. Well balanced and beautiful 😋. I want to bring it home: ‼️ The other day, I met Tomo-san at the after-party of an off-line meeting and he remembered me and said, "The person who came with me knows a lot about Japanese sake. and gave us a notice of the opening of Yamama. ☺️ I don't remember what we talked about😂. Thanks to tomo-san, I got the information! Thank you 😊

Fruity, refreshing, Nabeshima after all! Light with a firm umami. I had a hard time deciding between this and Gakki for the sake tasting, but the Moon series never disappoints 💯💯💯💯😋.

The location was changed to a sake bar for the after-party. However, it was just the two of us, Mr. Chidorisaki and myself. There was just enough space at the counter for two people, so it was perfect. It seems we drank quite a bit at the first party and I don't remember much of the second party's drinks... I didn't even get a decent picture of it, but here's one (I'll put up a picture of what we drank, including the tasting, anyway) Onogawa Tenka Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Akita Sake Komachi The label of nigiri-zushi is mischievous, isn't it? The label of nigiri-zushi is mischievous. I remember that it was very good even when I drank it while drunk. Mr. Chidorisaki and I have opposite tastes in sake, but we both raved about this one😍. The picture was given to me by Mr. Chidorisashi. This is a sake I want to savor again somewhere else 😋.

Probably the last drink comparison Ginban Junmai Daiginjo Daishinshu dry special junmai-shu Sono Kangiku Ocean99 Nagi-Spring Misty- Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu I only remember Ginban... 😅 Ginban - strong rice flavor and thick taste. I like it a lot. Oshinshu I don't remember much about it... 😅 Kangiku: Definitely good taste, but all I remember is that it was good. But I only remember that it was good. The problem with off-line meetings at Sake-no-wa is that we have too much fun discussing sake and end up drinking too much 🤣. But it's fun, so we will do it again👍.

Jyushiyo Honmaru Mr. kapiyot ordered this one as soon as he came to this restaurant. I also had it. I haven't had this Jyushidai in I don't know how many years. This quality is indeed 🥰 even though it's a honjozo. The sweetness is amazing😳This will be very popular 😁. But you shouldn't drink it in such a drunken state 🤣.

Comparison of drinks at the after-party (2) The next three bottles we chose Mousou Shiboritate Dry Junmai Nama-no-Hara Sake Kamo Kanehide Sakura Fubuki Shinomine Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Nama Shu I haven't tasted Shinomine since I had it at a restaurant a while ago. It was a sweet and juicy sake, which is the latest trend (or so I thought). As a result, what I ordered was of course Musho 😁.

This is the second strike today! It has a rich, umami-guchi taste with a little bit of a quirky, dark flavor. This is delicious. I want to try it heated.

First sake comparison Kudokibe Jr. juicy dry Minami Special Junmai Nama Sake Shouwagura Junmai Daiginjo Next was Shouwagura. Mr. Gura raved about this one. That's all I remember. I got the impression that it had a strong umami flavor, but... I will have to try again. After comparing the drinks, I ordered the Kudo 😄.

First sake comparison Kudokibe Jr. juicy dry Minami Special Junmai Nama Sake Shouwagura Junmai Daiginjo Next is Minami, my selection. I think this is the first Minami. This one has strong acidity. It has more acidity than umami, so on its own it is a little too strong for me. I thought it would go well with Chinese food. It may be a drunken delusion....

3.11 Kumamoto Off-line Meeting Second Party We moved the restaurant to Sake Bar Ryu. We drank a lot of sake at the first bar, but we drank here too 😅. To be frank, I drank too much and can't remember all the tastes 🤣. I'll try to write down the ones I remember. This is a great place for sake lovers because you can order sake you are interested in and compare them. Since it is a bar, it is a bit pricier than an izakaya, but I love it. At first, I, Mr. Chidorisaki, and Mr. Gura tasted the three sakes we had selected. Kudokibe Jr. juicy dry Minami Special Junmai Nama Sake Shouwagura Junmai Daiginjo We started with Kudokibe. Yes, it is juicy and umami. It is said to be dry, but maybe because of its sharpness? It doesn't feel spicy at all. This is delicious!

judo choking (strangling) techniques 🌾Asahiran x Yamadanishiki The last three types of sake tasted were all to my liking. This one was 5 days after opening the bottle. I don't sense any hardness. Slightly melon🍈 like aroma. Sweet umami of rice with gentle acidity By the 6th glass, my notes recorded adult cream soda and Kagamiyama as green apple soda ✍️ lol I'm not disappointed so far. I wonder if it will be in the Hall of Fame!

First time! The sake you couldn't find on Tokai Trip is behind Jikkai... Sake tasting with a pass 🍶... Mild aroma like pear Soft texture like juiced LaFrance. Delicious with a hint of gassy bitterness that enhances the umami flavor 😋. Pairing with crystal plum also 👍

This is also a first issue Hachitan-Nishiki Polishing 50 The aroma is more subdued than Hanayo, but the quality of this sake is also fruity and beautiful ✨. Nice body with gentle rice flavor 🍶. Good with fish roe with sakekasu and zunda as a side dish ❣Delicious on its own or as part of a meal Delicious on its own or with food ❣️ I'm in a refreshing mood today, or maybe it's the high percentage of beautiful women! First HANA-YOSHITSU 🌾Ginpu Gorgeous aroma from the moment it is poured into the glass. Fruity, light and swishy Quite easy to drink! I have a feeling that it will definitely be dangerous if I welcome it at home 😹. I was introduced to this sake bar by a friend I met at a yakitori restaurant who enjoys visiting sake breweries. You can choose your favorite 🍶 from the sake tastings👍.
