It was delicious! The Junmai Haraki-Akiagari, in particular, had the roughness of the Haraki-Akiagari removed and became a mellow sake that I liked very much. I also compared it with Junmai Namaishu, which is a pre-aged sake. It was clearly well matured.

Store Drinking. 100% Yamada Nishiki The bottle is very fresh and clean 🤩. The color is clear and the aroma is not removed. Sweet and sour on the palate. Taste similar to Ramune. Refreshing on the palate, clean & refreshing on the throat. The texture is firm and drinkable. The cut is excellent. A cool and refreshing drink that is truly a classic summer drink 🍶.

Store Drinking. It's been a while since I've had Tokyo sake 🍶.... Sake rice is 100% Ginginga This is the first time for me to drink Tamura's Ginginga. The color is clear. The aroma is not removed. On the palate, it is slowly mellow and delicious. ☺️ The mouthfeel is creamy, and it has no sweetness but gives a sweet sensation. Bitter aftertaste. It is a strange sake that has no sweetness, yet it feels sweet. Tamura had a sharp image but surprisingly mellow😊. I'll have to drink the other ones to update the taste I remember 🍶💪.

Store Drinking. The color is slightly amber. The aroma cannot be removed. The taste is full of rice. It has a solid and heavy feeling. There is a slight ALC feeling. There is a hint of hackles on the palate, which may be the reason why the heaviness is lessened. The impression remains that it finishes crisply and without stagnation. It is an interesting sake with an initial zushin and a smooth flow.

Store Drinking. I don't do 🐴uma-musume but ordered it because it's a rarity. I compare the two versions, still and moving 😄. 100% Yamadanishiki from special A district K-1801 yeast The difference seems to be the yeast 🧐. The color appears to be very light. Taste is soft sweetness, like melon🍈. Mild on the palate. The ginjo aroma is firm and sweet, with a full-bodied aroma. The finish is more mellow and rich and expansive than static 🍶.

店飲み。 🐴ウマ娘はやってないけど物珍しさで注文。 静と動の2バージョンを比べて飲んでみる😄 特A地区産　山田錦100% K-901酵母 色は透明。 味わいは甘旨。キウイ🥝のような甘さ。 少しスキっとする感じがする。 口当たりは鋭い。 吟醸香は香りと共にややALC感がある。 -動-と比べて、すっきりとした鋭さのある仕上がりで、大人しめの印象🍶

A quick drink on the go. There was a bottle of Sentoku nigori, so I tried it. The aroma was faintly that of rice. It is refreshing and easy to drink, without any harshness or sizzle. The taste is creamy, like Yakult. The taste is creamy and yakult-like, with a hint of rice flavor. The final taste is slightly stimulated by acidity or carbonation. Although it is nigori, it is a refreshing and easy-to-drink sake.
