The difference seems to be the yeast 🧐.
The color appears to be very light.
Taste is soft sweetness, like melon🍈.
Mild on the palate.
The ginjo aroma is firm and sweet, with a full-bodied aroma.
The finish is more mellow and rich and expansive than static 🍶.
