Festival of the Seven Herbs of Health (7th of January)
The delicious taste of rice. Dry. Mellow and numbing. Taste is strong and drinkable. Delicious.
When I went to a sake event in Aizu the other day, I had a nice chat with the owner, who was very low key (some would say drunken).
The sake was delicious, so the next day we went to the sake brewery. We had a chat with the owner, who was so low that he was not even talking about this, and talked about yesterday. He gave me a little money when I bought the sake. I am really glad I went there.
The brewery is located in a nice shopping district at the foot of Mt. The brand name comes from the "common" sake named after the first generation, which is very important. Oh no.
Whoa, Mr. Nice to meet you! Was she the grand landlady when I visited? She was still very talkative, and a new product using sake rice called Yume-no-Kou with her is waiting in the wings. It's nice to visit a brewery.
Dear WOM
I see that you visited Inagawa Sake Brewery. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit.
I am not confident in my tasting skills, but I think the merit of visiting a brewery is that you can add to the taste with experience and information.
I haven't drunk it yet. To enter the brewery place for now. The landlady explained carefully and we bought a bottle of her favorite red and a new Inagawa. We will enjoy them when we get back home.
Sake from Aizu since it was a business trip to Aizu. I knew to start with the unfiltered raw sake.
It has a fresh mouthfeel. A little later, the tangy stimulation and rich aroma spread, but it is somehow light. It is the type of sake that makes you drunk before you know it.
Second bottle of camp liquor
On a recent touring trip
I stopped by a sake brewery and bought a bottle of Nanaeiro. ‼️
There were many kinds of sake at the brewery,
I bought this one because I heard it was the best standard one.
I mean, all of them are over 2,000 yen for a four-pack...a bit pricey 😭...
But I've always wanted to drink this brand, so I bought it even though it's expensive. ❤️
I'm so happy to finally be able to drink it....
The aroma is like Fuji apple 🍎.
Ah, the aroma confirms that this sake is good 🤣‼️
Attack is juicy juicey 🥺.
It's juicy like apple juice 🍎☺️
And yet, it's not so sweet, so it's juicy due to its umami. ‼️
The juiciness is balanced out by the acidity 👌
It's so good 😋‼️
I wish it would be more famous. ☺️
I had to drink the melon after 2 of us 🤣‼️
My friend made fun of me like I bought another strange drink,
But when I drank it, I realized it's really good. I'm sure it's good 👌.
I want to repeat this one, even though I can't afford it at all🤣.
Good morning, Manachy: ☀️
I was surprised to see the exact same thing 🤪.
I'm so jealous that you went to a sake brewery 😊.
I think you can find them in many liquor stores in Fukushima Prefecture 🍶.
Hi kab 😃I'm sure you can find it in Fukushima prefecture ☺️ I'm sure there's probably no place in Ibaraki that sells it 🤣.
It's a nice sake, I really want to go buy a different one... 😃.
Oh, I love touring! I love touring!
Good morning, Manachie-san!
I think the brewery that makes mansaku no hana has released a "bottle holder" that allows you to hang a bottle of mansaku over your head.
I hope Mr. Suehi will be able to wear it around town!
It is a brand rarely seen outside of Fukushima Prefecture, but many major sake stores carry it (I learned after buying it that the brewery won the top prize in the Junmai-shu category at the 2022 Tohoku Sake Competition), so I bought it thinking that I could not go wrong.
Cold sake, close to room temperature. The aroma is mild, but slightly apple-like.
The spiciness comes first, followed by an apple-like sweetness, then a syrupy rice flavor, and then the spiciness comes again and finishes.
It is still not out of the ordinary, and is in the direction of my taste. It is rich and mellow like Aizu sake, but it has a strong tendency to be dry.
This is a past pic.
Red Label Junmai Ginjo
Blue Label Special Junmai
Both are delicious.
Personally, I prefer the red label which has more depth and complexity.
I bought this at a brewery in Inawashiro on my way back from snowboarding.
It is more refreshing than the red label, but has a sweetness or depth of flavor that is typical of Nanaeiro.
It is even more refreshing than the regular blue label, with a refreshing mouthfeel and aftertaste. (No schwarziness).
If you are not careful, you may finish it quickly.
At Fukushima "Fukushima Sake and Miso Soy Sauce Festival".
Yamada-Nishiki, 100% rice suitable for sake brewing, polished to 35%.
The rice is polished to 35% Yamada-Nishiki.
It has an elegant aroma and a clean, elegant flavor with no cloying taste.
At Fukushima "Fukushima Sake-Miso Soy Sauce Festival".
Made from Miyamanishiki rice suitable for sake brewing, this sake has the freshness and flavor of freshly pressed sake that has never been fired.
Aroma" and "Umami" of fresh sake.
While refreshing, it is also
The flavor is rich and seems to have a sourness that
quickly disappears.
The aroma is mellow
The sense of rice melting may be a little
The freshness that is typical of nama-zake is irresistible!
Delicious!
This is a sake brewery that I stop by when I go to the Inawashiro ski resort.
I was aiming for the blue-labeled fresh draft, but this may have been the first time I saw the red-labeled Shiboritate fresh draft light nigori.
It had more flavor than the blue, but it was very refreshing despite being red.
I think I would drink it in large gulps.
