Sake from the Inawashiro region of Fukushima Prefecture, given to me by my brother-in-law.
First, I drink it at room temperature.
(Only in the afternoon😋).
As is typical of Fukushima sake, it has an elegant aroma and a fruity sweetness, but it is a delicious sake with a more refreshing taste and a robust flavor.
Afterwards, I was told that it tastes better chilled, so I put it in the fridge.
I had it for supper... 👌👌.
It is very tasty and has a good aftertaste.
It was a sake that would go well with yakitori (sauce). I'm sure it would go well with yakitori (sauce) 🍶🍗.
