Sake tasted and purchased on the way home from a BBQ at Wakata's house This sake is a first of its kind, brewed with low glutelin and low amylose LGC Soft rice and a new yeast, Ka8. Ka8 yeast is said to be a yeast that makes sake difficult to age. It has a 4 mp flavor like muscat and melon. It also has a white wine-like flavor. The higher the temperature, the sweeter it tastes.
