boukenPurchased at Sake ABC Nakamozu store along with Wasshin.
The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. The yeast is Niigata G9 yeast.
I did not know much about Kashiwaroh Sake Brewery, so I looked it up and found that it was acquired by the Sezon Group at the end of the Showa period and sold at Seibu Department Store, Seiyu, and CASA, a family restaurant that was part of the Sezon Group at the time.
It seems that they are now part of the Hamada Sake Brewery Group in Kagoshima, but they still do business with Yoshinoya, which was part of the Sezon Group in the past, and when you go to Yoshinoya, you can drink Kashiwa Roshi sake from the brewery.
It has a fresh, fruity, sweet and delicious flavor. Juicy taste of strawberries and berries. Slightly sparkling. I think it is reasonable and cosy for a daiginjo.

I've had a few sips at Kashiwa Dew and it's pretty good 👍.
They warmed up the sake for me and the service was very attentive ❗️

I didn't know that originally, I was looking up the sake brewery and the connection with Yoshinoya came up 😃. 
boukenAs a new development, I bought it at the Sake ABC Nakamozu store in Nakamozu. The store is like a chain store or a mass retailer, and the staff is like "what is customer service? The staff was like "what is customer service?
It is located between Nakamozu station and Shinkanaoka station, so I think it is accessible from either station.
I wasn't expecting it, but the brands they carry are
Kamikai, Kagatobi, Yizushin, Kasumitsuru, Kinryo, Sacred, Tatomo, Washin, Sanzui, Izenokami, Yamazaru, Yonezuru, Goyouji, Haginoduro, Yamamoto, Kozo Mori, Dewazakura, Taxi Driver, Naekaya, Amano-do, Kuroryu, Kubota, Ryuriki, etc. I only looked in the fridge, so I'm sure they have others.
The selection of Yonesuru was especially unusual. I wondered what kind of connection they have with the limited edition storehouse. I wondered what kind of connections they had. Also, I had no idea about Ise-no-kami, but I guess it is very rare.
I was impressed with the Omachi I drank before, so I bought a bottle of Jun Dai. I like that it's reasonably priced for the specs.
It is made from Yamadanishiki grown in Okayama.
The characters on the label are by Takeda Soun.
The aroma is apple-like. The aroma is apple-like. It is said to have a sake rating of +5, but it does not seem that spicy.
Overall, it is a strange sake with an apple tea-like flavor.
The Omachi I drank before was also tea-like, but I wonder if this is a common nuance of Wasshin. 麺酒王Good evening, bouken😃.
