It has the gutsy feeling of a nama sake, and when I checked the label to see if it had a high alcohol content, I found it to be 15%. The acidity gives it a nice crispness, making it a good mid-meal sake. Delicious, highly recommended.
All Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano
The aroma is rather mild.
Aroma of apple, pear, and rice sweetness
The taste is surprisingly acidic.
The main flavor is the sweetness of the rice from the tailings, but there is a slightly peculiar acidity that gives it a refreshing finish.
Overall, the taste is a bit dry.
I think it tastes better as a mid-meal sake at near room temperature than on its own.
All Hitogochiki grown in Nagano Prefecture is used.

This sake caught my eye at the first sake store I entered.
It was a brand I had never seen before, but I was sure it would be delicious because it was a sake from Nagano! I bought it with the belief that it was a Nagano sake. So, I bought it.
The shopkeeper gave me some information about the brewery, including that the master brewer is a woman.
As the pink label suggests, it has a soft and fluffy sweetness and flavor.
It was still delicious.
I didn't feel much of the top notes. When you drink it, it is a little sweet and dry, with a slight kick. It is rather dry and good for eating. The nose is slightly fruity. It has a light mouthfeel and is modern dry. I thought it was light and easy to drink despite its dryness. The mouthfeel is soft and slippery.
Went well with gingerbread.

Sendai Sake Fest ⑨
Next up was Tsukiyoshino's Yamae-Nishiki (^o^), which I personally think is my favorite rice! Unlike Hitokochiki, the sweetness is a little stronger! Unlike Hitogokochi, the sweetness is a bit stronger! However, it also has a sense of being loose and the aftertaste is not too sweet. Overall, it is a well-balanced and delicious sake! Personally, I felt Hitogokochi was more delicious!
Sendai Sake Fest 8
The 400th check-in (^o^) commemorative sake was the most delicious sake I personally enjoyed at this year's Sake Fest, Hitogokochi from Tsukiyoshino! The aroma is of apples, and the sweet flavor comes through when you drink it, but the balance of sourness and bitterness is exquisite! It is a sake that is never too sweet and never empty! I can drink this as much as I want (lol), and since I feel that way even when I'm drunk, I'm probably sure of it! It was a sake that made me think it would be okay to buy Tsukiyoshi's again on a regular basis! And it also reminded me of the high level of Nagano sake and that it is my favorite!
I'm planning to raise it more and more and set a little theme as well (lol), well - I'm going to drink it without being too conscious of it (lol)!

Since we are drinking at home today, we only have potato chips and chocolate to eat...
The sweetness of the drink stands out when combined with potato chips.
When combined with chocolate, it's less sweet and more refreshing
......It's a matter of course...
I had a sad incident before, when I made a mistake with a drink and both the drink and the drink turned out to be bad...
I changed the entrée and drank it at a later date, and it tasted fine. At any rate, I think chikuwa cucumber goes well with any sake.
