Tsukiyoshino's Sora - Unoakiromi Nama Sake This is my first time to buy Tsukiyoshino's sake, but recently I've been seeing it a lot at Sakegawa. I often see it at Sake-no-Wa, so I got it! I'll visit a sake brewery in Ueda sometime! Fruity aroma When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by its sweetness and flavor. Good balance of sweet and savory It's pretty good, let's drink it again! The third one is homemade Yuzu Daikon! I make it whenever I can get my hands on some yuzu. I make it by eye so it can be sweet or sour 😅 but it's delicious 😋. It can be sweet or sour😅but it's delicious😋.

If you think the fruity feeling drifts through your mouth, when you swallow the alcohol, the taste in your mouth is unexpectedly crisp and quick! In the nostrils, the aforementioned fruity sensation and the fresh, sweet, delicious alcohol taste unique to nama sake gradually linger. In addition, a slight bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. Conclusion The sharpness of the flavor is so good that if you are not careful, you will end up guzzling it down. Although it is sweet and tasty, it has a nice sharp aftertaste, so I think this "Sora" is good even during a meal! I found out that I like unpasteurized, unpasteurized sakes. I am a whiskey lover by nature, and I try to enjoy the aroma, taste, and various flavors that come on top of the alcohol. I think it's easier to enjoy raw sake! I don't want to drink sake just to get drunk. I want to enjoy good sake. Sake made with the passion of the brewmasters is truly delicious. Tsukiyoshino" may become even more popular in the future...?

Miyamanishiki 55% produced in Nagano Prefecture The aroma is fresh and fruity with just a hint of syrup sweetness, white peaches and apples. The transparency is pleasant. In the mouth, the beautiful, sweet and sour syrupiness and sweetness of various fruits spread as the aroma is. As you swallow, a moderate bitterness and pungency that resonates on the tip of the tongue gradually rise from the depths of the sweetness, followed by a gentle sweet bitterness in the aftertaste! Tsukiyoshino Sakura Hatsu Shibori Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Warehouse Limited Rice: Hitogochiki Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 17%. Purchased at the brewery store in December. We opened the bottle while it was still fresh. The temperature was so high in October this year that the brewers had a hard time making sake. It is true that it was almost like winter suddenly arrived without feeling autumn. Unlike the gorgeous sake in the bottle, the sake is clear, a little high octave, and beautiful. After all, visiting the brewery's store gives me a sense of familiarity. This year, I'm sure I'll be taking them there whenever I see them 😄.

Hitokokochi's powerful sweetness and umami rush over the palate! I thought it tasted like Kuroyoh with a solid sake quality, and when I looked up the toji, I was convinced that he had studied at Shinshu Meizou! It is a taste that could be called a Nagano flavor!

New Year's party at a senior's house I said I would continue to serve the Shinshu Kamerei, but I was told to leave it for home, so I opened a bottle of Tsukiyoshi-no-Aka, which I gave as a souvenir at the brewery's store in December. The New Year's party, which lasted for six hours, was about to end. The photo shows the Tateyama mountain range yesterday. It was the first fine weather in a long time.

Special Junmai🍶Hitogochi🌾. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 3 The fourth and last cup of Kosuke is here. Slightly ginjo aroma. Gorgeous on the palate ✨ but a little subdued. Not sparkling, but sparkling. We also enjoyed the Shinshu specialty, Sanzoku-age (fried bandits) 🐓😋. Opened January 3, 2025 Purchased at the brewery Limited Sake at the Sake Brewery Clear and spicy! Very raw, fresh and sharp ^ ^. It has sweetness, but bitterness and acidity are also apparent. Despite this, it is somehow very easy to drink ^ ^. 🍊Lingering taste like grapefruit juice and a fresh citrus aftertaste whet your appetite 😆.

A cup of sake for moon viewing🎑. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 3 Enjoy a day trip to Bessho Onsen (♨️) and go to a corner liquor store 🍶. Tasting 12 kinds of sake for 100 yen per cup 🆗. Tsukiyoshino Red Unfiltered Nama Sake 100% Hitogochiki produced in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 17%. Here we are in Ueda! This time we visited the brewery store of Wakabayashi Brewery ✌️ The new Hana sake was sold out, but I bought a bottle of the new Aka sake and opened it as soon as I got home. It's not as dry as it sounds, but it's good. I can see why it is popular at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). I also brought along a bottle of Hi-iri Red and Sakura Nama Sake, so I am looking forward to it 😊.

Wakabayashi Brewery just resumed sake brewing in 2015. They recently won awards in Japan and abroad and were featured prominently in the local city's PR magazine. This year, they sold "Tsukiyoshino White," which won an award in France? The "Tsukiyoshino White," which won an award in France this year, was already sold out. Too bad. Aroma Fruity ginjo aroma. The aroma is sweet with a hint of sourness like green apple, muscat, grapefruit, and LaFrance. The softly sweet alcohol taste is unique to the sake. Gorgeous and pleasant aroma. Mouthfeel Fruity on the palate. Sweet and delicious with a hint of sourness. It has a sweet taste of apple, sweet lactic acid beverage, grapefruit, and the alcohol taste of raw sake. In addition to the alcohol taste, bitter and pungent tastes appear on the tongue and in the nasal cavity, and they expand! After swallowing the sake, the aforementioned alcohol, bitterness, and pungency appear to cover the fruity sweetness and umami sensation felt on the palate, creating a surprisingly dry feeling that finishes with a kick...that's how it feels. Summary This "Tsukiyoshino no Hana" is said to have a negative sake degree, but I got the impression that the pungency and bitterness were easily perceptible in the aftertaste! This sake has everything: fruity sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness! I'm curious to see the rest of the lineup!
