Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo from Tsukiyoshino in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture❗️
The aroma is a subtle ginjo sweetness❗️After a sip, the taste is mild on the tongue, followed by a ginjo sweetness and a subtle bitterness❗️Good for a mealtime sake❗️

The aroma seems calm.
The acidity seems low, but there is a good amount of sweetness.
Maybe it is because it is a little gassy.
The bitterness that comes later is also nice.

but the bitterness spread more strongly than I expected.
I personally found it a bit hard to drink.
I was expecting it to be a bit sweeter and tastier than I expected, so I was a bit disappointed.
