It is a combination of Miyamanishiki and Yamae Nishiki, the pride of Nagano Prefecture's sake rice. Assemblage in wine. Blended in whiskey. [Aroma Although the rice polishing ratio is 39%, the aroma is not so strong. This may be due to the nature of sake rice. The main aroma is sourness, and it is refreshing. Sour aroma of apple and pineapple, aroma of rice hulls. Aroma like orange peel. There is also a sense of alcohol. There are sweetness of rice and spiciness of sake in the citrus aroma. Such aroma. Taste. On the palate, there is a fresh sweetness like apple, pineapple, peach, and muscat on the tongue. However, the sweet fruity sensation is fleeting, and the mouth and nostrils are immediately flooded with sourness and pungency. In the aftertaste, the aforementioned sourness and pungency are easily overcome, and one can enjoy a gradually sweet feeling. Summary Sweet and fruity...? No! And now, I'm drinking "Mujinkura ORO" in bed. Tachibanakura Shuzo. This is called Tachibanakura "Kikura". I have never had it before, so I bought it. The label is stylish, like wine. The taste and aroma are quite different from the "Kudo Ue Sake Mirai" that we checked in the past, but they both complement the quality of "Sake Mirai" very well and are delicious. Personally, I would still recommend the Jr. series.
