One sip and you'll think, "Easy to drink!"
Sweet, deliciously sweet and tasty
Since we are drinking at home today, we only have potato chips and chocolate to eat...
The sweetness of the drink stands out when combined with potato chips.
When combined with chocolate, it's less sweet and more refreshing
......It's a matter of course...
I had a sad incident before, when I made a mistake with a drink and both the drink and the drink turned out to be bad...
I changed the entrée and drank it at a later date, and it tasted fine. At any rate, I think chikuwa cucumber goes well with any sake.
Hana of Tsukiyoshino Unfiltered Nama Sake 720ml
100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15%.
Purchased at Hara's in Ueda on Saturday. With amazake, of course.
It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste.
On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.
The rice is Hitogokochi.
The top aroma is gentle but sweet. It is sweet and delicious, but reserved and calm. It is apple-like.
Compared to Miyamanishiki and Yamane Nishiki, which we have drunk so far, it has a calm atmosphere.
When drinking it again, the aroma is gentle, but the taste is sweet and delicious.
It is a dry junmai sake fermented to a sake degree of +10. It is recommended for those who want to take their time and enjoy their evening drinks or as a second or third sake.
Aroma: mild
Taste: clean, dry, crisp, little aftertaste
Item: Japanese sake (Junmai-shu)
Ingredients: rice, rice koji
Rice used: 100% Hitokogochi grown in Nagano Prefecture

(Excerpt from the website)
This is my first time to try it. The taste is refreshing....ah, it's so good.... It's also good that it has a little bit of a bitter taste in the bottom.
It's been a long time since I've seen Tsukiyoshino's, and now that we have a local distributor, it's going to be easier to get them.
A liquor store near Haretoke used to carry it, but the actual store seems to have gone out of business, so I guess you can only buy it here in the Kansai region.
I thought I had never seen this sake before, but the label is different, but I have had a sake with the same specs in the past.
It's just as gorgeous as when I drank it before, a sweet and savory pineapple, and very tasty.
The bitterness lingers a bit, but the sweetness is so strong that I don't mind it too much.
Introduction of Wakabayashi Brewery] Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture
Founded in 1896, the brewery is located in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, and has a history of over 120 years. Currently, Mami Wakabayashi, the second daughter of the Wakabayashi family, brews sake as the toji. She decided to take over the brewery because she didn't want to lose the brewery she had loved since she was a child, so she studied and trained herself in sake brewing and started brewing sake in earnest in 2015. He is a promising young brewer with a bright future!

(My impression after drinking it)
It is said to be orikarami, but it is quite cloudy. It has a pineapple-like ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight tingling sensation on your tongue, and it tastes more like green apple than pineapple. A moderate bitterness lingers in the throat. It has the fruity, sweet and sour, low-alcohol taste that is so popular these days.
Tsukiyoshino from Ueda, Shinshu
This oorigaran sake has a refreshing taste on the palate. The aroma of green apples and muscat-like fruit is highly detectable, followed by a sweet taste,
After the sweet taste, it goes down quickly and crisply.
It goes well with meals!
A bottle recommended by the owner of a liquor store.
It was a bottle recommended by the owner of a sake brewery.
On the day it was uncorked, it was fruity but also stimulating, but the next day the gassiness was gone and it was mellow and delicious ^_^.
This is another sake that we received.
I feel that many of the sakes from Nagano are honestly delicious when you take a sip.
I have never had sake from this brewery, so I was looking forward to opening it.
I took a sip, being aware of the acidity of Miyamanishiki.
It is not so sour, but the balance between sweetness and umami is excellent.
Each flavor is slightly stronger than the Murayu Honnou that I uploaded earlier, which is nice because it has a little more impact.
It is also easy to drink, and before I knew it, it was almost gone...(^_^;)
It was very tasty! (^^)/
Good evening, Mr. Sieg Jikon! (^○^)
Well, this was my first time to try this brand, and it was as delicious as I expected.
Sake from Shinshu and Nagano is quite delicious~!
Backslash!
Tomoyuki Kumagai, good evening. ⭐️I agree that many of Nagano's sake are delicious after one sip. ‼️I haven't had Tsukiyoshino sake since I was a student, so I want to try it again 😌.
Hi Seigo, good evening! I've been looking for a new brand of sake for a while now 😀
Even if I've never heard of the brand, I'm sure it will be delicious if it's from Shinshu/Nagano, and so far I don't feel betrayed! 👍
It was slightly gorgeous and delicious. 😁
