Special Junmai🍶Hitogochi🌾. Nagano Ueda Railway Journey🚃Day 3 The fourth and last cup of Kosuke is here. Slightly ginjo aroma. Gorgeous on the palate ✨ but a little subdued. Not sparkling, but sparkling. We also enjoyed the Shinshu specialty, Sanzoku-age (fried bandits) 🐓😋.
