Slightly ginjo aroma. Gorgeous on the palate ✨ but a little subdued. Not sparkling, but sparkling. We also enjoyed the Shinshu specialty, Sanzoku-age (fried bandits) 🐓😋.
It was a lively and bustling place, but if you get carried away and drink too much, you'll be surprised how much you spent 😅.
