March is the time of parting and we receive farewell gifts, but in these days of abolishing false rites, many of them are sweets and tea, but we received several bottles of sake and shochu. Alcoholic beverages are disappearing from the gift-giving list, but they knew that I liked sake. What surprised me was that all the sake we received were Hatsukame. This is amazing. I had always thought Hatsukame was good, but I guess there are many people who think so. However, there was also a bottle of sake, and it was a bit difficult to move around the bar with several bottles of sake.
The lid is a crown, the bottle is thick and the bottom is concave. It looks like sparkling wine.
When I poured it into a glass, the fizz was much more intense than I had expected. It has sweetness, sourness, and bitterness from the carbon dioxide, and at 13% alcohol, it is very easy to drink. This is a well-made sparkling sake. It's good.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
It's clean and fresh, with 🌾 umami and sweetness 😊 But for me, the bitterness (astringency? I just felt the bitterness (astringency🤔) was a bit strong for me😅.
It might be good with Sashimi or Sushi!
This is a special Shizuku Sake that can only be obtained by making a reservation!
Sweet aroma from the moment you open the bottle
Very fresh taste!
Just the right amount of acidity and rice sweetness, like a sweet kiwi
There is a special feeling, and the shizuku sake is uniquely delicious!
For Junmai, it is dry, or rather, refreshingly light. There is no cloying taste, and the careful craftsmanship can be felt. The aroma is moderate and pleasing.
It was a little different from my taste, but it was delicious.
Purchased at Otsukaya, Musanoseki.
They say it is good with white sashimi.
+3-4
Can be served cold or warmed. Recommended temperature for heated sake is 5-60 degrees Celsius.
Said to have a low alcohol smell, but slightly questionable when drunk at room temperature.
