Hyogetsu" is named after a local tea house. It is characterized by a refreshing ginjo aroma reminiscent of white grapes, with a pleasant acidity and a clean, refreshing taste. It can be paired not only with Japanese cuisine, but also with modern Western cuisine that makes the most of the ingredients. The calm taste produced by storage at a constant temperature is comparable to that of "Kame", the highest quality sake of the same brewery.
