This sake was purchased at the Tokyu Hands Tohoku Fair last month. I opened the bottle after drinking all the Miyaizumi. It has a gorgeous sweetness that rushes in from the first sip! It doesn't have the aftertaste of raw sake, and it goes down nicely. It's definitely good. This sake is brewed from 100% Akita Sakekomachi polished to half its original strength. Tonight we will drink it at home. I have a bad feeling about this...

I was able to drink the sealed bottle. The taste is fresh and clean, just as the label implies. A little fruity. It seems to be once-fired, so it still tastes fresh.

I was told that Tenju Brewery makes sake as a hobby and that it will never be the same again. It is also very piquant. It has a good balance of fresh acidity and sweetness. I have never had Chokaizan, but it made me want to try it next time. It seems to be totally different, though.

Preferred ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆ We went to pick up our first Risshun morning pressing. We enjoyed it along with a sake lees soup made with the sake lees we received with it, and sashimi and yellowtail teriyaki. The aroma is not so strong. The taste is not strong and light. Drinking it in a glass with a trumpet-shaped mouthpiece took away a little of the chirichiri-ness and made it seem milder. Since it is a good luck charm, I will enjoy it while joining hands with the sake god to wish for many encounters with delicious sake this year.

After working the New Year's holidays, I'm going on a New Year's vacation 🙌! On the first day of the five-day weekend, I will be at Tenju, a lucky birthday present I received as a birthday present! When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is discreet, yet clear and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky and beautiful. The soft, full-bodied sweetness is followed by a crisp spiciness. The flavor is delicate and round with a richness like pear or peach. The rich and floral flavor is irresistible! The minerality and spiciness of the acidity is also very tight, giving the wine a sense of precision ✨. It is as pure as a snow white! The quality of this wine is so different from "Chokaizan" that it is hard to stop smiling 😋.

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Tenju's new release nigori: ❣️ It's alsobe, but I was curious to buy it because it's quite nigorigo 😉. Anyway... I guess, From, Dry!!! Dry 🤣. No particular floral aroma💦. (This brewery is good at flower yeast 🌸, but they didn't use it for this?) I didn't get much sweetness or umami from the rice, and it was pretty dry from start to finish. (This brewery specializes in flower yeast 🌸, but they don't use it in this one? In this case, I'd like to try heated sake. ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ(º º ฅ)ฅ! The delicious taste of rice has shown its face😊. I can drink this 🍶😁.
