We went to pick up our first Risshun morning pressing.
We enjoyed it along with a sake lees soup made with the sake lees we received with it, and sashimi and yellowtail teriyaki.
The aroma is not so strong.
The taste is not strong and light.
Drinking it in a glass with a trumpet-shaped mouthpiece took away a little of the chirichiri-ness and made it seem milder.
Since it is a good luck charm, I will enjoy it while joining hands with the sake god to wish for many encounters with delicious sake this year.

When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is discreet, yet clear and gorgeous.
The mouthfeel is smooth and silky and beautiful. The soft, full-bodied sweetness is followed by a crisp spiciness.
The flavor is delicate and round with a richness like pear or peach. The rich and floral flavor is irresistible!
The minerality and spiciness of the acidity is also very tight, giving the wine a sense of precision ✨.
It is as pure as a snow white!
The quality of this wine is so different from "Chokaizan" that it is hard to stop smiling 😋.
