It's a gift 🙏.
It's a boxed, high-end looking drink 🍶✨.
When you open the bottle, it smells sweet ☺️
The mouthfeel is refreshing, like water💧 slipping in.
I expected sweetness from the smell but contrary to what I expected, there is almost no sweetness 🤔.
I felt a subtle rice flavor 🌾, and when I thought it was becoming more pronounced, it brought a bitter taste to the finish, adding complexity to the flavor.
It was a pure rice daiginjo-style sake 🤗.
I'm going to say "sake lover" 😁.
Thanks for giving me a good sake 🙏.
