The one I saw elsewhere and wanted to drink.
Slightly gentle and fruity, with aromas of Japanese pear and apple.
Soft, light, and angular mouthfeel.
The acidity is gentle and refreshing.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing.
The deliciousness spreads softly and disappears quickly.
Surprisingly, it goes well with bonito sashimi, which has more red meat.
Masurao, Monzennakacho
I came across it when I first entered a liquor store that I had been curious about. I bought it because it was my first brand, had a nice jacket, and was from Akita. It is quite sweet and to my liking! I will be a repeat customer.
This is my favorite flavor among all the Tenju I have had so far. I imagined it to have a "umami juwa" flavor, but it also has a refreshing feeling and a delicious zingy sensation at the end.
The hot summer has passed and the nice fall season is here... But then, it got cold. But weekend reflections are open all year round. Akita sake after a long time.

Taste: ★★★☆☆☆] The aroma is elegant and flowery rather than fruity (perhaps due to the use of yeast extracted from the flower of Nadeko). The palate has a pungent and cloying taste, a slight bitterness, and a slight carbonation. The aftertaste is dry, and the pungency and bitterness remain a little.
The aftertaste is dry, with some pungency and bitterness lingering.
Change over time: ★★★☆☆☆] The slight carbonation disappears, and the spiciness and bitterness increase.
Comment] Like hiyaoroshi, this dry sake has a complex taste but is a little rough. It was delicious when the bottle was first opened.
Overall Rating
It is totally different from what I imagined!
It goes down your throat, but then the aroma through your nose is cocoa! Cocoa, no way!
My first experience.
I was so surprised.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the moderate sourness and spiciness spread out. I had it with hot eggplant and hot bean paste, and the spiciness and oil in the dish was so refreshing that I couldn't help but reach for my cup of sake.
