I am visiting Utsunomiya 🎵Today I enjoyed a drive while working. Takako cherry blossoms, almost in full bloom, were beautiful. It was nice to see the cherry blossoms, but I couldn't drink it, so I went back to the hotel and drank it 🎵The cherry blossom kabob from Juichi Masamune has a nice cherry blossom design 🎵It has a good flavor and is refreshing and sharp 🎵It has a Showa-era feel to it, which is also good 🎵. Tochigi prefecture is a good place to visit 😆🎵🎵🎵

Purchased at the warehouse on the way home from trail running! It seems to be a limited edition of the brewery. It's really good. Personally, I think it is the best of all the Juichi Masamune. It has a clear, smooth, bitter, sweet, and umami taste, The bitterness is a little strong, so you won't get bored while eating.

Juichi Masamune Tsukii Sake Shop Original Special Junmai August 27, 2023 Nasu Tsukii Sake Brewery 1375 yen This original junmai is recommended at Tsukii Sake Shop, which we visited during our trip to Nasu. This custom-made junmai sake is brewed with contract-cultivated Gohyakumangoku, Shoninzawa spring water, Tochigi Prefecture yeast T-SSU & Akari No. 10 yeast. It has a banana-like aroma, a hint of alcohol, and a soft mouthfeel that the liquor store owner warns against drinking too much of. The acidity and sweetness are mild enough to keep you going for a long time, and the taste is what you would expect from a local sake. It is a pity that we could not buy a bottle.
