Smooth mouthfeel, with a slight carbonation, but it is brought together by the sweetness of white grapes, firm flavor, and elegant acidity❗😊.
Beautiful and light sake, I want to drink it well chilled. The taste reminds me of my own arigato 😋.

Hishiko Junmai Dry. This is really delicious. SAKARAKU-san is a big fan of Hishiko, so I ask him for it quite often. I love its dry but light aroma and sweetness.
