It has a mild aroma typical of Hishiko, a fruity sweetness and acidity, and the unique rice flavor of orikarami with a hint of gas.
I thought it was well balanced with a good sharpness. ☺️
A new type of dry sake brewed by Mine-no-Hakubai Shuzo, one of Koshino-Sanbai's three plum varieties. It has an aroma, acidity, and a slight carbonation, and is what is called a mellow dry sake.
There are other sakes in this category, so I would like to see something more distinctive. However, as a traditional dry sake brewer, it is well balanced and does not bore the drinker.
During GW, I had dinner with my parents for the first time in a while.

They use yeast that produces citric acid, so it has a distinctive sour taste. The sweetness is moderate.
It has 16% alcohol content, but there is almost no alcohol feeling when you drink it!
As the name suggests, it really does feel like a juice, and it's easy to drink 💦dangerous (lol).
