The rice used is Yamashu No. 4

It also has depth.
It is a sake to be drunk slowly.
Smooth mouthfeel, with a slight carbonation, but it is brought together by the sweetness of white grapes, firm flavor, and elegant acidity❗😊.
Beautiful and light sake, I want to drink it well chilled. The taste reminds me of my own arigato 😋.
The label with its flowing script, it's very vivacious. I hear it comes from a famous local calligrapher in Edo. 🐈️🐈️

Hishiko Junmai Dry. This is really delicious. SAKARAKU-san is a big fan of Hishiko, so I ask him for it quite often. I love its dry but light aroma and sweetness.
Aroma is like green apple.
The taste is sweet and sour.
It is good as a stand-alone sake or with snacks.
