At the sake tasting event at Nakahisa Honten
I tasted about 10 kinds of autumn sake.
I took this one home as my favorite!
Mature sweetness in the mouth.
The balance of sweetness and sourness was wonderful 👍 My friend who attended the event with me also enjoyed it.

I didn't like it, so I tried it with Pirkle 400 and it was good 😊I think my taste buds are childish😳.

After drinking Hosoyuki and Akanesasu at the beginning of the year, we found this summer sake at a sake store we visited. I found this summer sake at a sake shop I visited. My preference is Hosoyuki, but I wonder if Cicada is a Japanese-style Seedlish. Even though it has been sitting in the liquor store for almost half a year, it is still a sweet and sour Cicada Shigure.
It was recommended to me that if I was having trouble in the store, this was the one. I was literally having a hard time so I went with this one. Mellow.
I was looking for a bottle of Ni-Rabbit and found a sparkling one, so I bought it thinking it would be good for the season.
It was a complex wine, but it was a little bit too fruity for me to keep drinking it.
I bought it because I had heard the brand name a few times and it was reasonably priced, but I took a sip and, whoa, I liked it. It has a smooth mouthfeel, a little sweet.
I've never had a bottle of Instrument Masamune, but it's from the same brewery.
The aroma was rice-like, but when I drank it, it was melon-like and a little gassy. At any rate, I like the taste!
The alcohol is 13 degrees and easy to drink. I want to drink this next time, but I can't find it near me...
