I tasted about 10 kinds of autumn sake.
I took this one home as my favorite!
Mature sweetness in the mouth.
The balance of sweetness and sourness was wonderful 👍 My friend who attended the event with me also enjoyed it.
My friend who joined us also liked it and went home with a bottle 👍.

Something like a strong sour Calpis sour? Yogurt?
I didn't like it, so I tried it with Pirkle 400 and it was good 😊I think my taste buds are childish😳.

After drinking Hosoyuki and Akanesasu at the beginning of the year, we found this summer sake at a sake store we visited. I found this summer sake at a sake shop I visited. My preference is Hosoyuki, but I wonder if Cicada is a Japanese-style Seedlish. Even though it has been sitting in the liquor store for almost half a year, it is still a sweet and sour Cicada Shigure.

It was a complex wine, but it was a little bit too fruity for me to keep drinking it.

I tried the honey 1:9 liquor that I saw on social media and it went well. The black dragon kishoushu goes well with the thickening of the honey.
