Okayama's local sake🍶 that was highly rated on "Fukkuri Biyori" where two YouTubers co-hosted to talk about sake.
Unfortunately they broke up, but I remember that it was rated very tasty and I wanted to try it someday ☺️
I was careful to open the bottle, but all I heard was a whiff 😝.
The fruity aroma is gorgeous and fruity, more like mango?
When you put it in your mouth, a moderate sweetness and umami spreads in your mouth with a gaseous feeling, followed by a juicy aftertaste and a beautiful acidity.
It has a nice sharp aftertaste and is easy to drink on its own.
The first sip is unexpectedly refreshing, but the umami and acidity come through slowly, and the aftertaste is mellow.
It was delicious and surprisingly suitable for the lingering summer heat! Thank you very much for the drink!
100% local Omachi from Okayama Prefecture
The best of the Tagaji series
I had to buy it because I came all the way to Okayama😆.
Gorgeous tropical fruity aroma when you open the bottle!
Delicious from the first sip!
Even though it's fire-aged, it's still bubbly and slightly sparkling!
Loose acidity, but a little apple cider-like.
Sweet but fresh and dry.
Rich Omachi flavor.
It is thick and full-bodied.
The lingering taste is short with grapefruit-like bitterness and astringency.
You won't get tired of drinking it 😋 Good balance 👍
As for the snacks
Her uncle planted pears grafted with peaches.
I'll have this with some crustaceans.
A few days ago we bought bamboo shoots in Alishan and made a seasonal bamboo shoot dish!
I made them stir-fried with butter and soy sauce 🤤.
It is an unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake with a fresh taste, full of fruity aroma, but very dry and refreshing.
It is still a mellow taste of Omachi. It has a mellow taste of Omachi.
After Shinmasa, I chose Tagaji from Okayama Prefecture.
It is a refreshing 8 degrees alcohol with a punch of alcohol 😂.
The Tagaji I drank before was a little fizzy, but this one was not so much. I heard that it varies a lot depending on the lot.
But this one was also gone quickly while my wife and I were watching Netflix Groundhogs 😓.

Day 2 of the Shikoku-Chugoku trip.
Today we stopped by Takeda, a wine and sake shop in Okayama Prefecture! There were so many attractive sake and shochu that it was hard to decide.
As a result, the local sake of the visiting prefecture, a little gassy. I drank it all in one day, but I would have liked to enjoy the change of taste after the second day.

What I felt more strongly than anything else was the creaminess at the end of the drink 🍦.
It has the perfect gasiness for summer drinking, and combined with the tropical 🥭 fruity aroma, it is very easy to drink 😄.
It has a strong complex flavor that is typical of Omachi, and maybe that's what leads to the creamy feel.
The strong attack, followed by a moderate acidity and dry aftertaste makes it very drinkable 😁.
